Immigration Physical Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward, and we are happy to walk you through the exact costs that apply to your situation. Book your appointment or call us at (346) 537-5650 for a personalized estimate.
Base Examination Fee
The I-693 immigration medical examination fee is $300. This covers your physical examination, completion of Form I-693, the civil surgeon’s review of your medical history and vaccination records, and all required documentation for USCIS submission.
Laboratory Tests
USCIS requires specific disease screening tests as part of the immigration physical, which may include tuberculosis screening, syphilis testing, and gonorrhea testing. The exact tests you need depend on your age and individual circumstances. Lab pricing at our clinic is affordable, and we will review the specific costs with you before any testing is performed.
Vaccinations
Vaccines are billed separately from the base exam fee. If you have complete vaccination records, you may not need any additional immunizations. Vaccine pricing is affordable, and bringing thorough documentation of your vaccine history is the most reliable way to keep your costs down.
Titer Blood Tests
If you do not have vaccination records but believe you have immunity from past immunization or infection, titer blood tests can confirm this. Titers are often a cost-effective alternative to repeating vaccines, and pricing is affordable.
Personalized Cost Estimate
We provide a personalized cost estimate before proceeding with any services so you know exactly what you will be paying.
Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Immigration medical exams are generally not covered by health insurance, since they are considered an immigration requirement rather than a medical necessity.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
Coming prepared helps your appointment move efficiently and reduces the chance you will need a follow-up visit.
- Required Identification
Bring valid government-issued photo identification. Your passport is required. A driver’s license or state ID provides additional verification. - Immigration Documents
Bring any immigration documents you have, including your visa, I-94 arrival/departure record, notice of action letters from USCIS, and any other correspondence related to your green card application. - Vaccination Records
This is one of the most important items to bring. Gather every record you have, including childhood vaccination records from your home country, immunization records from schools, vaccination cards, and any medical records showing vaccines received in the United States. Records in languages other than English are accepted. If your records are incomplete, bring whatever you have. Partial documentation can still reduce the number of vaccines you need.
Medical Records
If you have significant health conditions, bring relevant medical records. This is especially important if you have a history of tuberculosis, mental health conditions, or chronic illnesses requiring ongoing treatment.
Additional Items
Bring glasses or contact lenses if you wear them, since vision assessment is part of the examination. Also bring a list of all medications you currently take.
