Physical Examination

Dr. Ikyaator performs a complete physical examination covering eyes, ears, nose, throat, heart, lungs, abdomen, skin, lymph nodes, and a mental health assessment.

Required Disease Screening

USCIS requires screening for specific communicable diseases. Blood tests for tuberculosis, syphilis, and gonorrhea are standard. Additional labs may apply based on your age and history.

Vaccination Verification

You must meet USCIS vaccination requirements to complete your application. Required vaccines include MMR, polio, tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis, Hepatitis A and B, varicella, meningococcal, pneumococcal, and seasonal influenza (when applicable). If you’re missing vaccines, we can administer them the same visit.

Completion and Sealed Envelope

Dr. Ikyaator completes and signs Form I-693. You receive it in a sealed envelope, which you submit unopened with your application or bring to your USCIS interview. Do not open the envelope.

Having the right documents at your appointment keeps things moving and reduces the chance of needing a follow-up visit.
  • Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or state ID)
  • Passport and any current immigration documents
